As a dedicated drum therapist, and registered counsellor, I drum to the beat of self-empowerment. With a rhythmic heart and a passion for people to live their best lives, I use the power of the drums to create harmonious transformations.

My evidence-based HEALTH BEAT programs are grounded in the knowledge and expertise I have acquired through facilitator training with Rhythm2Recovery, Drumbeat and African Drumming.
